Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 578 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44034 of 2022. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 578 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
