JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail of O.P No. 2 granted vide order dated 26.03.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34953 of 2011 in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being under Section 498A of the I.P.C and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The present cancellation application has been filed on the ground that in the order granting bail, liberty was given to the petitioner to file application for cancellation of bail of the O.P. No. 2, if O.P. No. 2 fails to comply the undertaking of keeping the complainant and her children with dignity and honour.
