This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 347, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the assailant of the victim causing grievous injury of head.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
