1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case no. 183 of 2021 registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code to which section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added subsequently.

3. As per the prosecution case, the four named accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have come variously armed and to have assaulted the informant and others. The wife of the informant died in course of treatment.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the

The wife of the informant having died 5 days later on 3.8.2024. The petitioner is in custody since 24.4.2024 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Learned counsel for the informant submits that not only the petitioner is named in the FIR but there is direct allegation against her in the FIR as well as in the statement of the injured (since deceased) recorded in course of investigation. It is further submitted that charge has been framed in the learned trial Court and Sessions Trial no.661 of 2024 is pending the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai. The informant assures that the trial would be completed without any delay.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation, the petitioner who is a lady having no criminal antecedent, her being in custody since 24.4.2024 and charge having been framed, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with S.Tr.no.661 of 2024 (arising out of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case no. 183 of 2021) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten
