2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 115, 137(1), 140 (1), 352, 3(5) of BNS read with Section 8 of POCSO Act.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent.

5. In compliance of order dated 10.12.2025, the petitioner Sandeep Kumar and the victim appeared physically in the Court. Both of them submits that there was love and affection between them and they have solemnized marriage. They have also submitted that a child was born out of wedlock of the couple.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th District & Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
