Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.797 of 2018 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No.243 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 45 bottles country made liquor each of 200 ML have been recovered from the possession of petitioner.

Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67065 of 2018(3) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur, Bhabhua, in connection with Excise Case No.797 of 2018 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No.243 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
