The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.136 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 337, 427 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that there is a case and counter case and all the injuries on the person of the injured were found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67646 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.136 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
