2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and connecting the respondents particularly the respondent no.- 5 i.e. Circle Officer, Bokhra District-Sitamarhi to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the application dated 08-10-2025 after conducting proper enquiry and hearing the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.9825 of 2026(2) dt.07-07-2026 2/3 parties and also direct the respondents to record/upload the petitioner's lawful share in the revenue records and departmental portal if found entitled in accordance with law and further for any other relief reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. It is unfortunate that the petitioner has to knock the door of Patna High Court with a simple prayer-to direct the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Bokhara, Sitamarhi to dispose of the petition preferred by him on 08.10.2025 but the same has still not been taken to its logical conclusion.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if not disposed of, the concerned respondent shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. Having heard the parties, this Court can only deprecate the stand of the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Bokhara, Sitamarhi which led the petitioner to come to Patna High Court.

6. A petition has been filed on 08.10.2025, we are in the month of July, 2026, it is high time that he/she disposes of the petition preferred by the petitioner at an earliest and in any

Patna High Court CWJC No.9825 of 2026(2) dt.07-07-2026 3/3 case, within a period of eight weeks from the date the copy of the order is handed over to his/her office.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
