The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 404, 414, 467, 468, 471, 385, 387, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 12/45(ii), 52(A) Prisoner and Section 662 Kara Act. The allegation against the petitioner is recovery of black colour Nokia Mobile from his conscious possession on the raid conducted by officials and police authorities at Darbhanga Jail premises.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Dinara P.S.
