The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be father-in-law, has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
