Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016 registered under Sections 30(K)/32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is recovery of liquor from a godown. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case as the godown, from which the liquor was recovered, does not belong to him. Also nothing has been recovered from his presence. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4182 of 2017 (3) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
