2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354B, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302, 313 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 10.01.2024.

5. Considering the fact that a pregnant lady has been killed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
