The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buniadganj P. S. Case No.01 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner strangulated his wife to death by tightening rope around her neck and the post mortem report corroborates the ocular allegations, I am not inclined to grant him bail.

The application is rejected.
