2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with chandradeep P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 308(4), 329(3), 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and co-accused Manjeet Singh are said to have demanded extortion and thereafter the petitioner is said to have come and fired a bullet which did not hit anybody. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2025 and has two criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioner is named in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
