This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 382, 406, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant had entered into an agreement with late Sunil Kumar Mishra on 23.05.2015. The petitioners are neither signatories nor witnesses on the said agreement. The allegation against the petitioners is that when the informant asked Sunil Kumar Mishra to perform agreement, the petitioners committed abuse, theft and threat. Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 672 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at
