JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard Mr. Shashi Nath Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Gyan Shankar, learned Assisting Counsel to Government Pleader No.2 for the State. In view of the order present at Annexure 'C' to the Supplementary show cause I am satisfied that the order passed in CWJC No.16037 of 2014 has been complied with by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies though it is not to the liking of the petitioner, who, if so advised, can question the same before the appropriate forum by an appropriate application. This contempt application is disposed of accordingly.
