ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-04-2025 This Court vide order dated 14.05.2024 passed in CWJC No. 4085 of 2024 has dismissed the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedies before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the order dated 17.04.2023 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna. However, the petitioner without disclosing the same has filed the present writ petition.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.9842 of 2024(7) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 is dismissed. However, keeping in mind the age of the petitioner, this Court is not imposing any cost.
