Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit and contention is that the petitioner is a minor, as date of birth entered in the admit card of Bihar School Examination Board, Patna is 17.09.2002. Hence, no proceeding before the regular Court is maintainable in the name of petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw this application with liberty to move the appropriate forum of the Board.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
