2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 628 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

4. Recovery is of 48.810 litres of illicit liquor

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47629 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/3 from the dicky of the petitioners.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 08.06.2024.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise-02), Purnea in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 628 of 2024.

9. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners will also deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramkrishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekananda Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, 843116 and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

10. The petitioners will visit Arer Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month. Any default in
