This petition is filed for setting aside the order dated 07.05.2014, passed by Special Judge, C.B.I.-II, Patna in Special Case No.28 of 2004, arising out of RC-7/(S)/2004 whereby a composite order, the petition filed under Section 317 Cr.P.C. was rejected as well as bail bond was also cancelled. It appears that another co-accused J. Ganguly preferred Criminal Revision No.562 of 2014 against the said order before this Court and the order dated 07.05.2014 was set aside.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all accused persons including the petitioner appeared before the trial court and bail was granted so the present application has become infructuous.

Hence there is no occasion to interfere with the
