JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the parents and brother of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 308 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture and making assault to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that there is no injury report of the informant on record, statement to that effect has been made in para 12 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That there is allegation that her husband and father-in-law pressed the neck of the informant but

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VII, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
