The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.116 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 318(4), 337, 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

It is alleged that the petitioner has obtained a fake residence certificate and Aadhar card to claim reservation benefit in Bihar in TRE-3 recruitment process. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2025.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody, this application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
