JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Perused the order dated 8th December 2011 passed by Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj arising from Surjpura P.S. Case No. 60 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 869 of 2011 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 343, 186, 188 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court does not find any error in the impugned order. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
