2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 30.01.2025, the informant was in his jewellery shop and at that time, four persons on two bike wearing helmet being armed with pistol, entered in the shop. It is also alleged that they looted away 22 kg of silver, 250 grams of gold and Rs. 15,000/- in cash. The FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. As far as petitioner namely, Ravish Kumar is concerned, it has been submitted that the name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case on the confessional statement of the petitioner in Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025. It is also stated that Rs. 30,000/- and a bike was recovered from him.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. The case of the prosecution is that there was information before the police that immoral activities were going on, and on that information, the hotel was searched, and from that hotel, certain persons were arrested. The petitioner is amongst them. From perusal of those persons, mobile phones and other articles were recovered. The specific recovery is not disclosed in the FIR. He also submits that the petitioner is a medical representative and was going to attend a call in a local doctor's clinic and was arrested by the police, and they recovered Rs. 30,000/-, which belongs to him. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from their possession. No T.I. parade has been conducted. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner namely, Ravish Kumar is in judicial custody since 18.02.2025, whereas petitioner namely, Vinod Kumar is in custody since 16.02.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submits that only recovery has been made from the possession of Ajay and only he was put on TIP.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sahajitpur P.S.
