In the present writ petition, petitioner has prayed for disposal of representation in pursuance of order passed in C.W.J.C. No.1453 of 2012.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4 annexing memo no. 62 dated 7.4.2012 by which the Principal of the I.I.T, Gandhi Chowk, Banka has rejected the representation of the petitioner much earlier even before filing of the writ petition. But as per the petitioner the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10315 of 2013 (4) dt.08-11-2016 aforesaid order was never communicated to him. However, in view of the prayer made in the writ petition and action taken by the Principal, I.T.I., Banka this writ petition does not survive.
Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
However, petitioner, if so advised, may take legal course as available in law.
