The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioner. The victim was ultimately recovered from the house of Rafique Sah, the brotherin-law of the petitioner. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has stated that she was being abducted by this petitioner. Though, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently the informant has retracted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54614 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 from the initial version, the victim claims herself to be major and now the petitioner and the victim got married. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
