Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is father-in-law of the victim. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2017. The mother-in-law has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35539 of 2017. The husband is already in custody. Submission is that allegation is general and omnibus and the petitioner is always ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.58288 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 329 of 2017 arising out of Narpatganj Police Station Case No. 219 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
