The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered against four unknown under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegations in the F.I.R., the four accused persons on the point of pistol dispossessed the informant of his motorcycle, Rs.10,000/ in cash besides other articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. He has been falsely implicated in the case on an extra judicial confessional statement of the petitioner himself in another case being Lalganj P.S. Case no.332 of 2019. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession nor has he been put

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody since 12.12.2019, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no.212 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
