The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel submits that the mother-in-law and son-in-law of the deceased have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are elder brothers-in-law of the deceased and were living separately and this case is similar to that of son-in-law. I have considered the submissions.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid aspects, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners
