On perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that there is specific accusation against the petitioner in a case under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code since the marriage of the sister of the informant was solemnized with the son of the petitioner on 20.04.2016. In the F.I.R. it was alleged that sister of the informant was done to death due to non-fulfilment of dowry. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
