2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is alleged to have assaulted the informant's nephew with a cricket bat during play. The petitioner is a young boy of about 20 years of age and has no criminal antecedents.

4. Learned APP refers to the injury report in the case diary which shows that the petitioner has assaulted with cricket bat on the head of the informant's nephew causing two injuries, one of them involving bleeding from the ear which is described as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41761 of 2019(4) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 dangerous.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
