2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 353 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have attacked the police party in order to facilitate the escape of one accused Rakesh Sahni, as a result of which some of the police personnel sustained injury.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that allegation is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners are not relative of accused Rakesh Sahni. Petitioners have clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 647 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
