It has been submitted that now charges have been framed and, hence, this application filed against the order of cognizance dated 23.1.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikandra, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 154 of 2011 appears to have become infructuous. It is dismissed as such.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Sikandra P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32129 of 2012 (5) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 Case No. 154 of 2011, to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Arrah, and the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Arrah is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
