JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that in the first information report the informant states that he and his brother was waylaid by three persons who attacked them and took away their mobile, identification would require and therefore the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.

This application is dismissed.
