2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed loot and snatched a motorcycle and mobile. The looted motorcycle and the mobile have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has no concern with the alleged occurrence.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2023 and has criminal antecedent.

7. Considering the aforesaid circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, this application is dismissed.

8. The trial is directed to be expedited.
