The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P. S. Case No.353 of 2015 registered under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of Excise Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of only few bottles of wine from the refrigerator kept inside the house of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
