2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Section 304(B)/34 IPC registered in connection with Nasariganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely she happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is stated that the accusation for demand of dowry is general and omnibus in nature and not specific against the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail petition submitting that the husband of the deceased was working at Ludhiana and it is the petitioner along with her two sons have committed the offence. It is further submitted that the regular bail application of the two sons of the petitioner have been rejected. The post mortem report discloses the cause of death by strangulation.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
