Petitioner seeks bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No.03 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30, 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total twenty litres country made liquor and six litres foreign liquor have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2019 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

No.42283 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur, in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.03 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
