2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 109, 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita & Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 36 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 22.11.2024.
4. As per FIR some unknown miscreants came to the shop of the husband of the informant and open fired, out of which brother-in-law of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43663 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/3 informant received bullet injury and died subsequently.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that FIR for crime in question was registered against unknown. It is pointed out that petitioner was remanded from Minapur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2024, where his selfconfession was recorded qua his involvement in present crime, in furtherance of which no incriminating material recovered/surfaced during investigation to suggest his prima-facie involvement in terms of confession. It is submitted that petitioner was not put on TIP as yet. While concluding the argument it is submitted that petitioner found involved in four more cases, where he is on bail and moreover, investigation of this case has already completed, and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for bail.
7. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as save and except

No.43663 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 3/3 suspicion arising out of self-confession nothing prima-facie appears incriminating against this petitioner, coupled with the fact as petitioner remains in custody since 22.11.2024, accordingly above named petitioner, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class (East), Muzaffarpur/concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of the B.N.S.S.
