The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the husband of the informant lives in Delhi for his livelihood and no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner -husband rather the specific allegation of demand of dowry and assault is attributed to family members of the petitioner-husband which is evident from the F.I.R. itself. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M-1st Class, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
