Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 35711 of 2017, vide order dated 8.8.2017 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail either after framing of charge or after completion of two months period in custody.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has remained in custody for further two months and he will abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court on him, if bail is granted.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54007 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C2/366 of 2017/499 of 2017, subject to the following conditions : (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
