The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149,188, 341, 323, 325, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 337, 338, 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner along with other accused persons at the time of counting of vote of panchayat election raised hue and cry and damaged the vehicle of the police. Submission is of false implication and that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against him. Many co-accused persons have been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51542 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Barsoi P.S.
