The petitioner seeks bail in Punpun P.S. Case No. 243 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR was lodged against unknown for the murder of husband of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that during course of investigation, it has come that informant Mamta Devi is the main conspirator and on her instruction, the murder was organized and co-accused Mantu Kumar alongwith other accused persons committed the murder of deceased. Name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Mantu Kumar and save &

Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.02.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S.
