2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.430 of 2024, registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the FIR, total 756.750 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from two four wheeler vehicles and a motorcycle was also recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery or the seized vehicles.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Excise Court-II, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.430 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.

7. This application stands allowed.
