This appeal is under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for bail by learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-Ist, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 379, 504, 506/34 of IPC and Section 2(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes & scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Allegation against the appellant is that he gave dagger blow at the right chest of the informant. Learned counsel for the appellant has produced a photocopy of the injury report for his submission that the Doctor has found simple injury.

APP (SJ) No.3373 of 2017 (3) dt.02-01-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, let the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 Accordingly, this appeal stands allowed.
