Petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No.105B/2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 397 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. It has been submitted that other co-accused with similar allegation have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 03.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49993 of 2014 and analogous cases Petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1, Munger, in connection with Jamalpur P.S.

Case No.105B/2014subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
