JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 This application has been filed for restoration of M.A. No. 440 of 2014 which stood dismissed for default for noncompliance of order dated 01.09.2015. As per the order of this Court, the petitioner was required to deposit the statutory amount within two weeks, but the order could not be carried out.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that he would deposit the statutorily amount within one week. This Court is satisfied with the aforesaid submission and the reasons mentioned in this restoration application it is allowed and M.A. No. 440 of 2014 is restored to its original file. The time for depositing the statutory amount is extended further by one week.
