The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498 A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Notice was issued to the wife/opposite party no. 2 and matter was sent to mediation centre vide order dated 19.05.2015. The mediator reported that the husband and wife started living together after resolving their disputes and they did not appear thereafter.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2973 of 2015 (4) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Bhardwaj, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in Complaint Case No. 1818 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
