ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioner, who is the husband, is an accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.503 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the girl was suffering from depression.

However, Annexure 2 clearly shows that the depression has been caused on account of marital discord. In view of the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58857 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
