2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.603 of 2022.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as he is alleged to have assaulted the Arun Yadav by an iron rod on his vital part of his body head causing injury (3x0.5 x 0.5 cm) on a trivial issue that the informant had requested the petitioner to side his vehicle, which irritated him
